摘要
目的研究分析尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及预后。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者74例,将所选患者平均分成2组,观察组采用尿激酶进行静脉溶栓治疗,对照组采用低分子肝素钠进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后肌酸激酶、心肌肌钙蛋白水平显著低于对照组,观察组患者左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径均显著短于对照组,观察组患者左心室射血分数显著高于对照组;观察组患者治疗后显效比率以及总有效率均显著高于对照组,观察组患者治疗后并发症发生率显著低于对照组;观察组患者病死率显著低于对照组。结论尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效确切,有助于改善患者心肌功能,同时也有助于降低患者相关并发症的发生率和病死率,有助于改善急性心肌梗死的预后效果。
Objective To study and analyze the efficacy and prognosis of urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.The selected patients were divided into 2 groups on average.The observation group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase and the control group was treated with low molecular heparin sodium.Results After treatment,the levels of creatine kinase and cardiac troponin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The left ventricular diameter in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The mortality of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,which is helpful to improve the myocardial function of patients,reduce the incidence and mortality of related complications,and improve the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
