摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床价值。方法选取2017年10月至2019年11月于我院就诊的胃溃疡合并胃出血患者94例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组加用铝碳酸镁治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清学指标、症状总积分及改善时间、复发率、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗前血清学指标与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组相比,MDA水平降低,NO、SOD水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组症状总积分低于对照组,腹胀、呕血、腹痛及嗳气改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗可提高胃溃疡合并胃出血患者临床疗效,改善血清学指标,并加快临床症状消失,减少疾病复发,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric bleeding.Methods 94 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite.The clinical efficacy,serological indicators,symptom improvement time,relapse rate,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of NO and SOD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the symptom improvement time was shorter than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of gastric ulcer patients with gastric hemorrhage,effectively improve serological indicators,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce disease recurrence,and is safe and reliable.
