摘要
通过对已有理论、法规、案例的整理,总结出绿色地下建筑的评价体系,以编写《南京市江北新区绿色地下建筑评价标准》为例,阐述编制过程中的原则与实施策略,并对未来绿色地下建筑的理论研究与应用实践的发展方向提出建设性意见.
Through sorting out the existing theories,regulations and cases,this paper summarizes the evaluation system of green underground buildings.Taking the compilation of The Evaluation Standard of Green Underground Buildings in Jiangbei New District of Nanjing as an example,it expounds the principles and implementation strategies in the compilation process,and puts forward constructive suggestions on the development direction of the theoretical research and application practice of green underground buildings in the future.
