微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定磷炉渣中的铅

Determination of Lead in Phosphorus Furnace Slag by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion

摘要 磷炉渣是黄磷生产过程中产生的一类固体废物,通常采用国家环境标准(HJ 766-2015)测定固体废物中的铅,但采用该方法的溶样体系无法使固体废物磷炉渣完全溶解,且操作比较繁琐。本方法采用王水溶样微波消解的方式实现了磷炉渣的完全溶解,操作简便,并获得了较为满意的结果。方法检出限为2.9 mg/kg,测定下限为9.7 mg/kg,经精密度实验和回收率实验验证,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.26%,方法回收率为102%。经国家标准物质验证,结果与认定值吻合。 Phosphorus slag is a solid waste produced in yellow phosphorus production process.Lead is usually determined by national environmental standard(HJ 766-2015),but the phosphorus furnace slag can t be dissolved completely by this method system and operation process is fairly complex.The determination of Pb in phosphorus furnace slag by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry with aqua regia dissolve sample was established.The operation was simple and satisfactory results were obtained.The results showed that detection limit of the method was 2.9 mg/kg,and the lower limit of determination was 9.7 mg/kg.Precision experiments and recovery experiments showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was 0.26%and the method had a recovery rate of 102%.Verified by national standard material,the result was consistent with the identified value.
