摘要
学人以自觉作为自我规范学术行为的内在观念,尊重学术发展的内在逻辑和规律。在学术思维上,自觉是一种意识,档案学人要具有学术融合意识与学术自由意识。在学术追求上,自觉意味着创新,即档案学人通过反思的方式全面把握所研究的学术,实现学术的创新与超越。从知行统一角度来看,自觉还体现为责任,即档案学人要对自己负责、对他人负责、对学科负责以及对社会负责。
Scholars take academic conscientious as internal concept in order to standardize their academic behavior and they respect the inherent logic and rules of academic development.On the academic concept,conscientious is a kind of consciousness,which refers to the consciousness of academic combination and academic freedom.On the academic purpose,conscientious means innovation,That is to say archival scholars grasp their academic research comprehensively and complete academic innovation and transcend by the way of reflection.On the theory and practice concept,conscientious also reflect as accountability,which means archival scholars should be responsible for themselves,others,the discipline and the whole society.
