含铜磷系高强度耐腐蚀热轧带肋钢筋的开发

摘要 为提高建筑钢筋的强度和耐腐蚀性,开发出了含铜磷系钢筋。通过力学性能、耐腐蚀性能测试,满足强度和耐腐蚀要求。结合金相显微镜、扫描电镜及XRD分析,弄清了铜、磷添加对强度和耐腐蚀性的影响规律及机理。含铜磷系钢筋消除了硫化物在晶界析出的影响,将低强度相由硫化物转变为氧化物,抗拉强度、屈服强度均高于20MnSi钢筋;提高钢筋冷却强度促进了晶粒细化以及组织结构改善,有利于强度的提高;含铜磷系耐蚀钢筋耐腐蚀性能明显好于20MnSi。 In order to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of building reinforcement,the steel bar containing copper and phosphorous was developed.Through the tests of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,the requirements of strength and corrosion resistance were met.The influence law and mechanism of copper and phosphorus addition on the strength and corrosion resistance were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and XRD analysis.The influence of sulfide precipitation at grain boundary was eliminated in the copper and phosphorous steel bar and the low-strength phase was transformed from sulfide to oxide.The tensile strength and yield strength were both higher than 20MnSi steel bar.The increase of the cooling strength of steel bar promoted grain refinement and microstructure improvement,which was beneficial to the improvement of the strength.The corrosion resistance of steel bar bearing copper and phosphorus was obviously better than that of 20MnSi.
