摘要
目的:总结、分析肌骨超声(musculoskeletal ultrasonography,MSKUS)技术在第18届雅加达亚运会中国优秀运动员损伤诊治中的应用。方法:将MSKUS技术首次引入到第18届印尼雅加达亚运会中国医疗保障营的损伤诊治中,应用MSKUS技术对损伤的类型、部位、程度进行诊断和分类。结果:共35名运动员接受了MSKUS诊断,其中,33名运动员经过诊断及适当治疗后顺利完成比赛并取得了优异成绩,(女子篮球、男子羽毛球等获得团体项目金牌,男子体操、游泳、摔跤等项目均有金牌获得者),2名运动员经诊断后建议退赛回国治疗。其中,肌肉损伤9例(占25.71%),肌腱、韧带、筋膜损伤22例(占62.86%),骨与软骨损伤2例(占5.71%),滑囊炎2例(占5.71%);损伤部位以下肢为主(占74.29%)。绝大部分损伤程度为轻度损伤,仅2例为重度损伤。结论:MSKUS技术在第18届印尼雅加达亚运会中为中国优秀运动员的运动损伤提供了精确有效的诊断,为损伤治疗方案的制定提供了精准、客观的依据,为科学参赛、高效参赛提供了有效的医疗支持。
Objective:To explore the application of musculoskeletal ultrasonography(MSKUS)in medical diagnosis of sports injuries in Chinese athletes whoattended the 18th Asian Games in Indonesia.Methods:MSKUS was introduced to providing precise medical diagnosis of sports injuries in medical camp of Chinese delegate for the first time in 18th Asian Games hosted by Jakarta,Indonesia.Injury type,location,and severity wereclassified by MSKUS.Results:35 Chinese athletes received MSKUS’precise diagnosis.Among them,33 athletes successfully completed the competition after diagnosis and appropriate treatment and achieved excellent results,which including women’s basketball and men’s badminton team won the team gold medal,men’s gymnastics,swimming,wrestling and other events hadgold medal winners.2 athletes were suggested to return back to China to receive domestic cares.There were 9 muscle injury cases,accounted for 25.71%of total injuries.22 cases were reported regarding tendon,ligament,and fascia injuries,accounted for 62.86%.Then,2 cases were respectively for bone&cartilage injury and bursitis,identically accounted for 5.71%.74.29%of total injuries were located in lower extremities.Furthermore,majority of injuries were minor injuries,and only 2 severe injuries were found.Conclusions:MSKUS provided precise diagnosis of sports injuries for Chinese athletes in 18th Asian Games in Jakarta,Indonesia.Thus,MSKUS could objectively and precisely provide reference to treatment measures,which provided science-based and effective support for athletes.
