摘要
目的:分析基于微信平台的细节护理对重症胰腺炎患者的影响。方法:选取武汉市第五医院2016年4月至2018年3月共66例重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组基于微信平台实施细节护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组TPG-2、PAMY、LPS水平对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组TPG-2、PAMY以及LPS均低于护理前,且组间对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重症胰腺炎患者实行基于微信平台的细节护理效果良好,能有效降低并发症发生率,促进患者消化功能的恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of WeChat platform based detailed nursing on complications,recovery of digestive function and quality of life of patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with severe pancreatitis from April 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in Fifth Hospital in Wuhan.The digital randomized method was used to divide the observation group and the control group into 33 cases.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and detailed nursing was carried out in the observation group based on WeChat platform.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in TPG-2,PAMY,LPS and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,TPG-2,PAMY and LPS of the two groups were all lower than before nursing,and the quality of life was higher than before nursing,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing effect based on WeChat platform is good for severe pancreatitis patients,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of digestive function and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
