摘要 以贵州省仁怀市二合镇大沙坝酱香型酿造废水生化处理出水为对象,采用芬顿催化氧化技术进行单因素和正交脱色实验。结果表明,废水pH、FeSO4和H2O2投加量主要影响废水的色度,而废水pH、PAM和石英砂投加量主要影响沉淀的絮凝沉降效果。当废水的初始色度和UV254分别为179度和1.51 cm^-1时,优化工艺参数为:pH为6.5、FeSO4、H2O2、PAM、石英砂的投加量分别为2.5 mmol/L、25.0 mmol/L、1.5 mg/L、3.0 g/L,出水色度和UV254去除率分别为68.06%和31.78%,色度达到GB 27631-2011表3的排放要求,且铁泥的絮凝沉降效果较好,处理药耗少。 The single factor and orthogonal decolorization experiments were carried out by Fenton catalytic oxidation technology,the biochemical treated effluent from brewery wastewater Dashaba,Erhe Town,Guizhou Province as the research object.The results showed that,the p H of wastewater,the dosage of FeSO4 and H2O2 mainly affect the chroma of wastewater,and the wastewater pH,the dosage of PAM and quartz sand mainly affect the flocculation sedimentation effect.When initial chroma of wastewater and UV254 was 179°and 1.51 cm^-1 respectively,68.06%of chroma removal efficiency and31.78%of UV254 removal were achieved at the optimum dosage of FeSO4 was 2.5 mmol/L,H2O2 was 25.0 mmol/L,PAM was 1.5 mg/L,quartz sand was3.0 g/L and p H was 6.5.The chroma reached the discharge requirement by Table 3 of GB 27631-2011,and the flocculation and sedimentation effect of iron mud was better and the treatment drug consumption was less.
