投饵策略对虹鳟循环水养殖水质的影响 被引量:3

Effect of feeding strategy of Oncorhynchus mykiss on water quality in recirculating aquaculture system

摘要 通过每日测定两个循环水养殖系统水体中氨氮、亚硝氮、COD含量的变化,试验研究了不同日投饵量与投喂频率(4次/日与8次/日)对虹鳟养殖水质的影响作用,旨在探求较优的循环水养殖投饵参数,为虹鳟工厂化循环水养殖提供参考。结果表明,相同投喂频率、不同日投饵量下,氨氮水平与日投饵量大致呈显著的同步正相关关系(P<0.05),亚硝氮、COD水平与日投饵量也呈正相关关系,但相对于氨氮变化约滞后一天。由于两套系统滞后性有所差别,导致系统Ⅰ相关性显著(P<0.05),系统Ⅱ相关性并不显著(P>0.05)。相同投饵量、不同投喂频率下,养殖系统中各水质指标水平与日变化幅度不同。投喂8次/日时,各水质指标均低于投喂4次/日的水平,且每日变化幅度较小,鱼体产生的应激较小。因此,日投饵量与投喂频率对虹鳟循环水养殖水质有显著影响,适当的日投饵量与较高的投喂频率有利于保持养殖水质指标的稳定和充分利用饵料。 Experiments were conducted in two recirculating aquaculture systems(RAS)of Oncorhynchus mykiss,during which the concentration of ammonia nitrogen(AN),nitrite nitrogen(NN)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)were measured daily to evaluate the effects of feeding ration and feeding frequency(4 times/day and 8 time/day)on the water quality of the systems thus optimize feeding strategy and provide an optimal practice in recirculating aquaculture of O.mykiss.The results indicated that all the concentrations of AN,NN and COD showed significantly positive correlations with feeding ration at the same feeding frequency while the latter two changed about a day later.The difference of lagging between the two systems led to the significant correlation(P<0.05)in systemⅠand the insignificant correlation(P>0.05)in systemⅡ.At the same feeding ration and different feeding frequencies,the level and daily variation of water quality parameters were different in RAS.When the feeding frequency was 8 times per day,the concentrations and daily variations of AN,NN and COD of the water were lower than those when the feeding frequency was 4 times per day,which led to the less irritability of fish.Therefore,feeding ratio and feeding frequency have significant effects on the water quality in RAS of O.mykiss,and proper feeding ratio and higher feeding frequency are effective to maintain the stability of aquaculture water quality parameters and reach a full use of feed.
