摘要
为了对城市污泥进行无害化处置,某燃煤电厂两台700 MW发电机组实施污泥掺烧技术改造。实际掺烧试验结果表明,污泥掺烧可保证锅炉安全、环保运行,当掺烧比例控制在10%以内时,污泥掺烧对于煤质成分、炉膛出口烟气温度、飞灰浓度、锅炉热效率影响不大,且烟囱出口处NOx、SO2、粉尘浓度、二噁英均能满足排放要求,污泥掺烧不会造成污染物排放浓度超标。
In order to harmlessly dispose of urban sludge,technical innovation in sludge blending combustion was implemented for two 700 MW units in a coal-fired power plant.The actual blending combustion test results show that the sludge blending combustion can ensure the secure and environmentally-friendly operation of the boilers.When the proportion of blending combustion is controlled within 10%,the sludge blending combustion has negligible influence on coal composition,flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet,fly ash concentration and boiler thermal efficiency,and the emission requirements of NOx,SO2,dust and dioxin concentrations at the outlet of the chimney can all be met.The sludge blending combustion will not cause the pollutant emission concentration to exceed the limit.
