摘要
为解决选择性催化还原法(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)脱硝控制系统实际运行过程中调节品质差的问题,以广义预测控制为基础,结合设定值滤波器,设计了前馈强化的广义预测控制。仿真结果表明,与未进行前馈强化的广义预测控制相比,前馈强化的广义预测控制在保证设定值跟踪能力的情况下,抗扰能力显著提升。在此基础之上,考虑对SCR催化剂性能进行慢速校正,设计新的脱硝控制策略。工程应用表明,所提脱硝控制策略的抗扰及设定值跟踪能力皆优于以PID为基础的常规脱硝控制方案。
To improve the regulation quality of SCR denitration control system,a feedforward enhanced generalized predictive control is designed based on generalized predictive control and the set value filter in this paper.Simulation results show that the feedforward enhanced generalized predictive control can significantly improve the disturbance rejection ability while ensuring the setpoint tracking ability compared with the generalized predictive control without feedforward enhancement.Based on this,considering a slow correction of SCR catalyst performance,a new denitration control strategy is designed in this paper.Engineering applications show that the disturbance rejection and setpoint tracking ability of the proposed denitration control strategy are better than that of conventional PID-based denitration control scheme.
