摘要
目的评价腹部术后并发低白蛋白血症使用人血白蛋白的效益与利弊。方法回顾性分析医院2018年1月至6月收治的86例术后出现低白蛋白血症的腹部外科手术患者的临床资料,按术后是否输注人血白蛋白分为对照组(39例)和观察组(47例)。两组患者均予常规对症及营养支持治疗,观察组患者加用人血白蛋白注射液静脉滴注。结果两组患者的白蛋白、总蛋白、前白蛋白水平及相关并发症发生率比较无显著差异(P> 0.05);观察组患者的平均住院时间长于对照组,但无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论腹部术后低白蛋白血症患者使用人血白蛋白对其营养状况、术后并发症等无明显改善。
Objective To evaluate the benefit and advantages and disadvantages of using human serum albumin for hypoproteinemia after abdominal surgery.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with postoperative hypoalbuminemia were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into the control group(39 cases)and observation group(47 cases)according to whether they had postoperative infusion of human albumin.Both groups received conventional supportive treatment,while the observation group was given human serum albumin additionally.Results There were no statistically significant differences in albumin,total albumin,prealbumin levels and the incidence of related complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The average hospitalization period of the observation group was higher than that of control group but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There are no significant benefit of using human serum albumin in patients with hypoalbuminemia after abdominal surgery on their nutritional status and postoperative complications.
