摘要
目的促进临床合理使用左卡尼汀注射液。方法回顾性调查某院2019年1月至6月使用左卡尼汀注射液的住院患者病历,对其用药科室、个人用量、用药疗程、用药诊断等方面进行统计与分析,评价用药合理性。结果共纳入361例患者,用药人数排前4的科室为神经内科(112例,31.02%)、消化内科(55例,15.24%)、内分泌科(42例,11.63%)、风湿内科(40例,11.08%);241例(66.76%)患者用药量不超过21 g,319例(88.37%)患者左卡尼汀注射液药占比在30%以内;307例(85.04%)患者用药疗程短于15 d;261例(72.30%)患者有适应证指征;所有患者均未发生药品不良反应。结论该院左卡尼汀注射液的使用基本合理,但仍存在不合理现象,应加强处方点评、用药干预等环节的监管,促进临床合理、规范用药。
Objective To promote the clinical rational application of L-carnitine injection.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of inpatients using L-carnitine injection in the hospital from January to June 2019.The statistical analysis of the distribution,usage,medication,indications,etc.of the injection was conducted to evaluate the rationality of the drug.Results A total of 361 patients were enrolled.The top four departments with the highest number of medications include Neurology(112 cases,31.02%),Gastroenterology(55 cases,15.24%),Endocrinology(42 cases,11.63%),and Rheumatology(40 cases,11.08%);66.76%of patients took no more than 21 g of medication,and 319 patients(88.37%)had levocarnitine injection within 30%;307 patients(85.04%)had medications shorter than 15 d;261 patients(72.30%)had indications for medication;none of the patients had adverse drug reactions.Conclusion The use of L-carnitine injection in the hospital is basically rational,but there are still unreasonable cases.The supervision of reviews and interventions should be strengthened to promote clinical rationality and standardization of drug use.
