光催化与生物法耦合深度处理栀子黄色素生产废水 被引量:2

摘要 通过光催化与生物法耦合深度处理栀子黄色素生产废水,采用GC-MS分析仪检测到废水中含有异弗尔酮,2,3,4,5-四甲基-2-环戊烯酮以及1-乙基-2,2,6-三甲基环己烷。光催化预处理后废水的COD去除率为32%,色度从535度降至8度,废水的BOD5/COD从0.08提升至0.33;生物反应后COD去除率增加到88%。通过三维荧光光谱分析了有机物的降解过程,表明废水中有机物在光催化-生物反应器处理后充分矿化。 The wastewater of gardenia yellow pigment production was treated by photocatalytic coupled biological method.GC-MS results showed that wastewater containing isophorone,2,3,4,5-tetramethyl-2-cyclopentenone and 1-ethyl-2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexane.After photocatalytic pretreatment,the COD removal rate of wastewater was 32%,and the chroma decreased from 535 to 8.The BOD5/COD of wastewater increased from 0.08 to 0.33,while COD removal rate increased to 88%after biological treatment.The degradation process of the pollutants was analyzed by three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy,which indicated that the organic matter in the wastewater was fully mi-neralized after being treated by the photocatalytic/bioreactor.
