摘要
为解决鲁南矿业有限公司上河—王峪矿区提升能力低、生产成本高等问题,矿山拟将正在进行基建的上河矿段与王峪矿段联合开发,在充分利用现有开拓工程的基础上,采用综合对比分析方法,对上河—王峪矿区开拓系统进行优化。根据上河—王峪矿区开拓系统建设现状和设计情况,提出了2个整合开拓方案和1个分区开拓方案,通过对3个开拓方案从基建投资、基建时间、年经营费用、停产时间和最大提升能力5个方面进行综合对比分析,最终确定王峪主井整合开拓方案为3个备选方案中的最优方案。该方案不仅能有效解决矿山提升能力不足、生产成本高等问题,而且对矿山正常生产影响小,为矿山留设了一定的扩能空间,产生的经济效益更为显著。
In order to solve the existing problems of low lifting capacity and high production cost of Shanghe-Wangyu Mining Area of Lunan Mining Co.,Ltd.,the joint development of Shanghe mining section and Wangyu mining section which are under construction is designed,based on the fully utilization of the existing development projects,the optimization of the development system of Shanghe-Wangyu Mining Area is done by means of comprehensive comparative analysis method.According to the construction status and design situations of the development system of Shanghe-Wangyu Mining Area,two integrated development schemes and one subdivision development scheme are proposed.The comprehensive comparative analysis of the three schemes are conducted from the aspects of infrastructure investment,infrastructure time,annual operating expenses,downtime and maximum capacity improvement.Finally,the integration and development scheme of Wangyu main well is determined as the best one among the three alternatives.The scheme can not only effectively solve the problems of insufficient lifting capacity and high production cost,but also has little impact on normal production of the mine,which provides a certain space for expansion of the mine and generating more significant economic benefits.
