摘要
地面焚烧炉是天然气处理装置事故情况下天然气放空燃烧的安全保障设施.自焚烧炉投用以来,发生多次放空管道回火、多次爆破片爆破问题,对天然气处理装置的安全运行带来安全隐患.分析造成的回火原因,提出并落实自动放空程序优化、增大密封氮气吹扫流量、回火在线检测及精准消除回火等措施,成功消除了放空管道回火、爆破片爆破问题.
Ground incinerator is a safety guarantee facility for natural gas venting and combustion in case of natural gas treatment plant accident.Since the incinerator was put into operation,there have been many times of tempering of vent pipes and many times of bursting disc blasting,which have brought potential safety hazards to the safe operation of natural gas processing units.The causes of tempering are analyzed,and measures such as optimization of automatic blowdown program,increase of purge flow rate of sealed nitrogen,online testing of tempering and accurate elimination of tempering are proposed and implemented,which successfully eliminate the problems of tempering of blowdown pipeline and bursting disc blasting.
