摘要
目的:经络学说是中医学理论的重要组成部分,它贯穿于中医学的生理、病理、诊断、治疗和预防等各个方面。方法:运用经络学说确定病位,是经络辨证的关键。经络辨证可指导中医各科的临床实践,获效颇佳。结果:运用经络辨证可对复杂的病候执简驭繁,同时使处方用药有的放矢。结论:毛以林教授善用经络辨证治疗心系病和疑难杂症,其辨证准确,用方精准,颇受患者信赖。
Objective:Meridian theory is an important part of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which runs through the physiology,pathology,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:It is the key of syndrome differentiation of meridians and collateral to determine the disease location by using the theory of meridians and collateral.Syndrome differentiation of meridians and collateral can guide the clinical practice of various departments of traditional Chinese medicine,with good clinical effect.Results:The use of meridian syndrome differentiation can simplify and control complex symptoms and make the prescription drug targeted.Conclusions:Professor MAO Yilin is good at using meridian syndrome differentiation to treat heart diseases and complicated diseases.His syndrome differentiation is accurate and prescription is precise,which is highly trusted by patients.
