黑河地区低温冷害时空分布及其对ENSO事件的响应

摘要 为黑河地区农业生产防灾减灾提供科学依据,利用黑河市1960-2015年6个气象台站作物生长季的气象资料,采用数理统计等方法,研究黑河地区低温冷害的时空分布特征及其对ENSO事件的响应。结果表明:1960-2015年5-9月黑河地区平均气温呈极显著上升趋势,气候倾向率为0.39℃/10a,作物生长季发生低温冷害呈逐年代减小趋势,一般冷害发生率为西多东少,严重冷害发生率为北少南多,其空间分布主要受大气环流因子和地形与地势因子综合作用的影响;黑河地区发生低温冷害与ENSO事件的相关性受气候变化背景的影响,20世纪90年代以前ENSO事件年是黑河市低温冷害的多发年份,20世纪90年代以后,受ENSO事件影响而低温冷害的发生率减小。 The temporal-spatial distribution characteristics of chilling damage and its response to ENSO event in Heihe area are studied by means of mathematical statistics method based on meteorological data of crop growing seasons recorded by six meteorological stations in Heihe City during 1960-2015 to provide the scientific basis for controlling and reducing damage in agricultural production in Heihe area.Result:The average temperature shows a very significant rising trend with 0.39℃/10a climatic tendency rate in Heihe area from May to September during 1960—2015.The chilling damage during crop growing season shows a decreasing trend decade by decade.The occurrence rate of general chilling damage is more in Western and less in Eastern,while the occurrence rate of severe chilling damage is more in Southern and less in Northern.The spatial distribution is affected by atmospheric circulation factor,landform and terrain factor comprehensively.The correlation between occurrence of chilling damage and ENSO event is influenced by climatic change background in Heihe area.The year of ENSO event was frequently occurring years of chilling damage before 1990s.The occurrence rate of chilling damage has decreased due to the influence of ENSO event since 1990s.
