摘要
为进一步了解黑龙江省冻梨产业现状,对黑龙江省冻梨的栽培品种、栽培区域、销售品种、研究进展、制作方法、食用方法、销售方式等进行调查,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,以期为黑龙江省冻梨产业健康持续发展提供科学依据。
In order to further understand the current situation of the frozen pear industry in Heilongjiang Province,the cultivation varieties,cultivation areas,sales varieties,research progress,production methods,eating methods and sales methods of the frozen pear in Heilongjiang Province were investigated,the existing problems were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,in order to provide scientific basis for the healthy and sustainable development of the frozen pear industry in Heilongjiang Province.
