摘要
文化领导权关乎党和国家的前途、命运,若解决不好,会使党执政合法性出现认同危机。新时代,受党自身建设要求、人民对党执政能力要求、国内外环境要求、党的文化领导权特质要求等方面的变化,必然要求党要更加注重文化领导权建设。但是,党的文化领导权建设在经济领域、思想文化领域、信息技术领域、话语领域、经济全球化领域等方面面临诸多挑战。可以从坚持新发展理念应对经济领域不同利益主体的多元诉求、筑牢马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位防线、多渠道共同发力应对信息技术发展带来的挑战、强化内涵解释应对社会主义核心价值观的话语挑战、构建人类命运共同体应对全球化价值挑战、坚持党的领导等六个方面应对挑战。
Cultural leadership is vital to the prospect,destiny of the Party and the Country;otherwise,there will be recognition crisis for the legality of the ruling party.The Communist Party of China shall attach more attention to cultural leadership construction in the new era due to the changes in the requirements on the self-construction of the Party,ruling capability of the Party by its people,environment at home and abroad and idiosyncrasy of cultural leadership of the Party.However,the construction of cultural leadership of the Communist Party of China still meets many challenges in the fields of economy,ideology and culture,information technology,discourse and economic globalization.The challenges can be addressed from six aspects of adhering to the new development concept to react to the diversified demands of various interest entities in the economic field,solidification the guiding role defense of Marxism in the ideological field,joint efforts of multi-channels to respond to the challenges brought about by the development of information technology,enforcing connotation interpretation to solve the discourse challenge on socialism core value,construction of a community of shared future for mankind to react to the challenge of globalized value and upholding the leadership of the party.
