摘要
目的:探讨妇产科手术后下肢血栓性静脉炎的临床护理价值。方法:2017年1月-2019年2月收治妇产科手术后下肢血栓性静脉炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规流程护理;综合组在常规护理基础上实施综合化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:综合组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组护理后血液流变学各项指标水平、下肢症状缓解时间、血管絮状回声消失时间、住院时间及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科手术后下肢血栓性静脉炎患者实施综合化护理,可获得较好效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing value of thrombotic phlebitis of lower limb after obstetrics and gynecology operation.Methods:From January 2017 to February 2019,80 cases of patients with thrombotic phlebitis of lower limb who underwent obstetrics and gynecology operation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing.The comprehensive group carried out comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in comprehensive group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of indicators of hemorheology,the relief time of lower extremity symptoms,the disappearance time of vessel flocculent echo,the length of hospital stays and nursing satisfaction of comprehensive group were better than control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing for patients with lower limb thrombotic phlebitis after gynecology and obstetrics operation can achieve better results.
