摘要
目的:探讨睡眠中抽搐患者常规脑电图和动态脑电图检出痫样放电情况。方法:2015年6月-2019年6月收治睡眠中抽搐患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。常规脑电图组描记清醒期30 min脑电图;动态脑电图组描记包括清醒期和睡眠期在内的24 h脑电图。比较两组痫性放电检出率。结果:动态脑电图组痫样放电检出率高于常规脑电图组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上怀疑存在癫痫患者睡眠中抽搐,应优先给予动态脑电图检查。
Objective:To explore the difference of epileptiform discharge rate and epileptic discharge rate between routine electroencephalogram and dynamic electroencephalogram in patients with sleep convulsion.Methods:From June 2015 to June 2019,200 patients with sleep convulsions were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases in each.In the routine electroencephalogram group,the electroencephalogram of 30 minutes in the awake period was recorded.In the dynamic electroencephalogram group,the electroencephalogram of 24 hours including the awake period and the sleep period was recorded.We compared the epileptiform discharge rate and epileptic discharge rate between the two groups.Results:The epileptiform discharge rate in the dynamic electroencephalogram group were significantly higher than those in the routine electroencephalogram group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suspected that there is convulsion during sleep in epileptic patients,so dynamic electroencephalogram should be given priority.
