摘要
目的研究经健侧股静脉入路导管接触性溶栓术在治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院收治的130例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,一组采用经腘静脉入路导管接触性溶栓术治疗,设为对照组,共60例;另一组采用经健侧股静脉入路导管接触性溶栓术治疗,设置为观察组,共70例。比较两组患者的肢体消肿率、治疗时间以及静脉通畅改善程度等。结果观察组的总有效率为95.71%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,观察组治疗总有效率显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间的住院时间、下肢肿胀症状改善时间、浅静脉怒张消失时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经健侧股静脉入路导管接触性溶栓术在治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果较好,患者在治疗期间不需要改变体位,只有一个创口,出现并发症的机率较低,患者的康复较快,适合临床推广并且应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of catheter-directed thrombolysis in the treatment of lower extremities deep vein thrombosis via the healthy side femoral vein approach.Methods 130 patients with DVT treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects for clinical research,and they were grouped using the random number table method.The control group(n=60)used CDT via popliteal femoral vein approach.The observation group(n=70)was treated with CDT via a healthy femoral vein approach.The rate of extremities detumescence,treatment time,and improvement of venous patency were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay,improvement time of lower extremities swelling and the disappearance time of superficial venous engorgement of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of CDT in the treatment of lower extremities DVT via the healthy side femoral vein approach is remarkable.The patients are not required to alter his position during treatment.It features only one wound,lower chance of complications and rapid recovery,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
