摘要 摇头飞椅运行过程中,座椅载荷不断变化,精确的载荷数据对座椅骨架的安全评价至关重要。通过ANSYS Workbench软件,对摇头飞椅进行动力学仿真计算,获取座椅在整个运行周期上的载荷时间历程曲线,提取整个运行周期内座椅载荷的最大值,对座椅骨架进行有限元分析,并依据GB 8408-2018《大型游乐设施安全规范》对分析结果进行安全性评价,保证了座椅的安全性,提高了设计效率和计算精度,并为指导设计生产提供了理论依据。 The seat load is constantly changing during the operation of the flying horse,and accurate load data is very important for the safety evaluation of the seat skeleton.In this paper,the dynamic calculation of the flying horse is conducted by using the ANSYS Workbench to obtain the load time history curve of the seat over the entire operating cycle;and the maximum load is extracted for the finite element analysis of the seat skeleton.According to GB8408-2018"Large-Scale Amusement Device Safety Code",the safety evaluation on the analysis results is conducted so as to ensure the safety of seats.It improves the design efficiency and calculation accuracy,and provides theoretical basis for guiding the design and production.
