摘要
古丝绸之路为基础的丝路精神所倡导的跨区域、跨国界、跨民族文明友好、文化交流对话,是中华民族内在人文精神的充分体现。科学诠释文明互鉴的核心要义,是促进人类命运共同体的有效构建,是促进世界各国以及各民族之间进行彼此交流、共同发展的重要基础。文明互鉴与丝路精神的新时代弘扬发展的终极目标是一致的,都是要在全世界范围内来推动世界多元文明的融合发展。文明互鉴是丝路精神弘扬的科学前提及方法论,在“一带一路”倡议下以文明互鉴作为弘扬丝路精神的策略,要坚定文明自信自觉,推进多元文明发展,倡导文明平等交流以及尊重宗教文明作用,以此促进新时期我国社会主义新文明的发展。
The cross-regional,cross-border,cross-ethnic civilization,friendship,and cultural exchanges and dialogues advocated by the Silk Road spirit are the full manifestation of the inherent humanism of the Chinese nation.The scientific interpretation of the core value of mutual learning between civilizations is essential to promote the effective construction of a community of human destiny,and it is an important foundation for promoting exchanges and common development between countries and ethnic groups in the world.Mutual learning between civilizations is consistent with the ultimate goal of promoting the Silk Road spirit in the new era,and of promoting the integration and development of diverse civilizations in the world.Under the“Belt and Road”initiative,civilization and mutual learning are taken as strategies to promote the spirit of the Silk Road.It is necessary to strengthen the self-confidence and consciousness of civilizations,promote the development of multiple civilizations,advocate the equal exchange of civilizations and respect the role of religious civilizations,in order to promote the development of China's new socialist civilization in the new era.
