摘要
为解决信息栅格环境下科技信息资源服务效用评价存在的不确定性和不精确性等问题,文章在分析科技信息资源服务特点的基础上,研究建立了面向认知的科技信息资源服务效用概念模型,提出了基于模糊逻辑的用户认知判断量化方法,设计了认知评价结果的模糊合成规则,以及面向认知的科技信息资源服务效用综合评价模型,可为建立面向用户认知的科技信息资源服务效用个性化、精细化评价提供支持。
In order to solve the problem of uncertainty and inaccuracy in the evaluation of the utility of science and technology information under the information grid environment,this paper studies and establishes a cognitive-oriented concept model of science and technology information resources service utility,proposes a quantitative method of user cognition judgment based on fuzzy logic,designs fuzzy synthetic rules of cognitive evaluation results,and a cognitive-oriented comprehensive evaluation model of science and technology information resources service utility,which can support the establishment of personalized and refined evaluation of science and technology information resources service utility.
