With the development of mobile communication technologies, soft frequency reuse has become a key technology in order to increase the spectrum efficiency and system capacity of wireless communication systems under limited spectrum resources.Static soft frequency reuse achieves the effect of reducing user interference at the edge of the cell and improving the system capacity by adjusting parameters such as system resources and power. However,it can only perform relatively constant power control, and does not perform power control according to the specific conditions of each user. Therefore,in order to solve the static soft frequency reuse resource allocation problem, based on the functional relationship of the power control parameterβand the distance ratio K between the center user and the base station, five different schemes to determine the transmit power of the center user were given, and finally,a suitable value selection scheme was obtained. The simulation results show that soft frequency reuse dynamic power control has certain advantages in improving the cell throughput, reducing the outage probability, and increasing the percentage of the cell area, and can further improve the overall performance of the community when theβvalue and the K value are in a linear relationship compared with the static soft frequency reuse.
