摘要 针对煤矿矿井提升系统中钢丝绳图像边缘提取及振动检测问题,改进了边缘提取算法及弦绳振动检测方法。首先利用相机采集悬绳段钢丝绳灰度图像,设置感兴趣区域(ROI),然后通过编写的Matlab图像处理程序,结合Sobel算法和数学形态学理论的合理利用对ROI区域进行二值化处理。再通过相机标定获取相机内外参数,对世界坐标系和相机坐标系进行合理设定,进行坐标转换和矩阵运算,直接获取弦绳的世界坐标,最后通过Labview与Matlab程序嵌套实现对弦绳振动位移的实时检测。经实验验证,改进后的方法能够快速、准确的实现钢丝绳边缘提取及弦绳的非接触振动检测。 Aiming at the edge extraction and vibration detection of steel wire rope image in coal mine hoisting system,the edge extraction algorithm and vibration detection method of steel wire rope are improved.Firstly,the gray-scale image of the steel wire rope in the suspended rope section is collected by the camera,and the region of interest(ROI)is set.Then,the ROI is binarized by the Matlab image processing program,combined with Sobel algorithm and the rational use of mathematical morphology theory.Then the camera calibration is used to obtain the internal and external parameters of the camera.The world coordinate system and camera coordinate system are reasonably set.Coordinate conversion and matrix operation are carried out to directly obtain the world coordinates of the string rope.Finally,the real-time detection of the string rope vibration displacement is realized by nesting Labview and Matlab programs.The experimental verification shows that the improved method can quickly and accurately realize the edge extraction of wire rope and non-contact vibration detection of wire rope.
