摘要
为了快速解决8.8m特厚煤层开采问题,研究确定了进口7LS8采煤机升级改造增大采高的可行性。通过分析7LS8采煤机原机型的技术特征,优化机身高度、摇臂长度及其摆动幅度、滚筒直径,制定了7LS8采煤机升级改造方案。针对升级改造后采高与负载以及整机重量大幅增加、原机型关键零部件自身强度与联接强度偏薄弱的突出问题,提出了8.8m特厚煤层采煤机受力分析模型并求解,建立三维模型对整机关键零部件进行强度校核计算,制定了相关零部件结构优化与加固方案。样机工业性试验取得了成功,为后续特厚煤层采煤机研制打下了良好技术基础。
Aiming at the mining problem of 8.8 m extra-thick coal seam,the feasibility of increasing mining height of 7 LS8 shearer is verified.Through analyzing the technical characteristics of the original 7 LS8 shearer,and optimizing the shearer height,the length of rocker arm and its swing amplitude,and the drum diameter,the reformation scheme for 7 LS8 shearer is formulated.In view of the prominent problems such as the large increase of mining height,load and the machine weight,and the inadequate strength of the key parts and the connection,a stress analysis model of 8.8 m extra-thick coal seam shearer is put forward and solved.A 3D model is built to check the strength of the key parts,and these parts’structural optimization and reinforcement scheme are formulated.The prototype industrial test is successful,and achievements in this paper will provide technical references for future design of shearers in extra-thick coal seam.
