摘要
为避免塔式光热电站中熔盐储罐基础超温,需要针对熔盐储罐基础采取散热措施,一般为自然对流散热。介绍了自然对流散热的原理,分析了管径、散热管高度差、保温层厚度等影响自然对流散热的因素。通过分析确认,散热管管径增大,散热管两端高度差增大,保温层厚度增大,均会使熔盐储罐基础表面温度降低。
In order to avoid the over-temperature of the molten salt tank foundation in the tower type CSP station,it is necessary to take heat dissipation measures for the molten salt tank foundation,which is generally natural convection cooling.The principle of natural convection cooling was introduced,and the factors that affect natural convection cooling,such as tube diameter,height difference of cooling tube and insulation layer thickness were analyzed.Through analysis,it is confirmed that when the diameter of the cooling tube,the height difference between the two ends of the cooling tube and the thickness of the insulation layer increase,the temperature of the surface of the molten salt tank foundation will be reduced.
