摘要
对汽车一体式刮臂进行了设计,并应用计算流体动力学方法建立了汽车一体式刮臂的分析模型,在ANSYS Fluent软件中分析得到不同刮刷位置工况下刮片连接器处刮臂的上抬力。通过风洞试验,分析刮臂结构对刮臂自身及刮片上抬力的影响,进而对一体式刮臂的设计进行改进,最终通过风洞试验。
The integrated wiper arm of the car was designed,and the analytical model of the integrated wiper arm of the car was established by using the computational fluid dynamics method.The lifting force of the wiper arm at the wiper blade connector under different conditions of the wiper position was analyzed and obtained via ANSYS Fluent software.The influence of the wiper arm structure on the lifting force of the wiper arm itself and the wiper blade was analyzed through a wind tunnel test,and then the improved design of the integrated wiper arm finally passed the wind tunnel test.
