摘要
采用微波消解法对土壤样品进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定土壤中的钡元素含量。结果表明,钡元素的质量浓度与特征强度具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,检出下限为2.0 mg/kg,精密度(相对标准偏差RSD)为0.8%~2.0%,准确度(相对误差RE)为0.1%~2.0%。该方法操作简单,精密度好,准确度高,可用于实际样品的分析。
The microwave digestion was used to decompose the sample,and the barium content in the soil was determined by ICP-OES.The results show that the mass concentration of barium element was a good linear relationship with the characteristic intensity.The linearly dependent coefficient the was 0.9997,the method detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,the minimum quantitative detection limit was 2.0 mg/kg,the precision(RSD)was 0.8%~2.0%,and the accuracy(RE)was 0.1%~2.0%.The method is simple to operate,has good precision and high accuracy,and can be used for the analysis of actual samples.
