摘要
应用Solidworks Motion仿真模块,对某大型抛物面天线的举升机构进行了运动仿真分析,根据分析结果,建立了加速度时间响应函数,求得抛物面天线举升机构展开过程的最佳运动时间。既满足了大型抛物面天线高机动性的要求,也保证了天线举升过程的平稳性。该方法对大型天线举升机构的运动时间优化具有一定的指导意义。
Applying the simulation module of Solidworks Motion,this paper analyzes the kinematics simulation for the lifting mechanism of the large-sized parabolic antenna,according to the analysis results,establishes the acceleration-time response function and obtains the optimal lifting time during the deploying process of lifting mechanism for parabolic antenna,which not only satisfies the requirements of high maneuverability for large-sized parabolic antenna,but also ensures the stability during lifting process of the antenna.The method has certain guiding significance for the motion time optimization of large-sized antenna lifting mechanism.
