摘要
为拓展硝化纤维素应用领域,解决室内烟花原材料短缺,推动烟花发射药向无硫、无烟或微烟的环保方向发展,解决硝化纤维素在直接制备烟花药安定性差、堆积密度小等缺点,以硝化纤维素为主要原料,增塑剂、塑化剂和安定剂等为辅助材料,采用塑化-捏合法开展了室内烟花用硝化纤维素药剂制备工艺研究,讨论了安定剂、塑化剂、水分含量等因素对样品性能的影响。研究结果显示,当安定剂含量为硝化纤维素含量的1.2%、增塑剂含量为3%、水分含量2%~3%时,制备的样品燃烧性能最佳。并将制备的粉状材料按烟花药剂测试要求制备样品进行测试,并对制备的样品进行了应用性能测试,样品的燃放时间、速度、火焰高度、环保性能等指标都满足室内舞台烟花、玩具烟花等室内烟花药剂的要求和标准。
In order to expand the nitrocellulose application fields,solve the shortage of indoor fireworks materials and promote the development-direction of indoor fireworks to green,low smoke,sulfur-free.Meanwhile,improve the stability and packing density when use nitrocellulose to prepare fireworks drug directly.A powdery energetic materials was prepared by plasticized-kneading method,which is made of nitrocellulose,plasticizer(ESO),and stabilizer(diphenylamine),and it can apply to indoor fireworks.The influence factors such as stabilizer content,plasticizer content and moisture content of the materials was investigated.The results indicated that material has good combustion performance while the tranquilizer content is 1.2%of nitrocellulose content,plasticizer content 3%,moisture content 2%~3%.The powdery materials was prepared into indoor fireworks reagent and related indexes were tested.The discharge time,speed and flame height all meet the requirements standards of cold light fireworks propellant such as indoor stage fireworks and toy fireworks.
