摘要
从"反规划"概念的提出到《"反规划"途径》一书出版,"反规划"理论的渐渐成熟对主流规划思想和方法产生了重要的影响。本文尝试通过价值观、认识论到方法论的分析途径对"反规划"理论及其影响做了较为全面和系统的分析,认为"反规划"理论是建立在生态核心价值观和对城市系统消极认识论基础上的,在规划程序上以变城市建设用地规划方法论为不建设用地规划方法论、在规划实体上建立景观安全格局途径的规划理论。"反规划"理论的重要贡献主要在于其对颠覆主流规划思维的尝试,使得城市生态议题得到了更多的关注和反思。
From the born of the"Reverse-planning"to the publication of Reverse-planning Methodology,the"Reverse-planning"Theory is playing an even more important role on artery planning ideology and methodology.This paper tries to analyze the"Reverse-planning" theory and its impact in a systematic and comprehensive way using the tools of Value,Epistemology,and Methodology."Reverse-planning"is based on thevalue of ecology and negative metho-dology,and the methodology is reversed from construction land use plan,the aim is to create the planning theory of creating landscape infrastructure.The main contribution of"Reverse-planning"theory is that it makes people pay more attention to the urban ecology issue when planning a city.
