西藏多才玛矿区钻井工艺技术及钻头寿命研究 被引量:2

A Study on Drilling Technology and Bit Life in Duocaima Mining Area,Tibet

摘要 西藏多才玛矿区地处国家级自然保护区内,近年来钻探工作量大,钻遇地层的岩石研磨性强、硬度高、可钻性级别高,钻头寿命低。为了规范多才玛矿区钻井施工工艺,为后续施工提供参考和帮助,对矿区主要岩石的硬度、可钻性、研磨性进行了测试分析,并采用对模型的回归分析法统计影响钻头寿命的因素。测试分析结果表明:多才玛矿区主要岩石可钻性级别介于7~10级之间;莫氏硬度介于5~8之间;研磨性等级介于5~7级之间。回归分析结果表明:在调查范围内,孔深、转速和泵压和钻头寿命呈正相关性;胎体硬度、可钻性分级、钻压、泵量和钻头寿命呈负相关性。胎体硬度、可钻性分级、钻压、泵量对钻头寿命的影响程度大;孔深、泵量、转速对钻头寿命的影响程度小。 Duocaima mining area is located in the national nature reserve.In recent years,the drilling workload is large.The rock drilled into a stratum has strong abrasiveness,high hardness,high drillability level and low bit life.To standardize drilling technology in Duocaima mining area and provide reference in helping for subsequent construction,the hardness,drillability and abrasiveness of the main rock in the mining area were tested and analyzed.The regression analysis method of the model was used to analyze the factors affecting bit life.The test and analysis results show that the main rock drillability grades in Duocaima mining area are between 7 and 10,Mohs hardness is between 5 and 8,and grinding grade is between 5 and 7.Regression analysis results show that within the scope of investigation,hole depth,rotational speed,pump pressure and bit life are positively correlated,while matrix hardness,drillability classification,bit pressure,pump volume and bit life are negatively correlated.Matrix hardness,drillability classification,drilling pressure and pump volume have great influence on bit life,while hole depth,pump volume and speed have little influence on bit life.
