摘要
探讨益胃养阴汤治疗消化性溃疡的效果。选取2018年2月—2020年2月阳江江华医院收治的60例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,按照随机分配原则,30例接受西药治疗的患者为对照组,30例接受益胃养阴汤治疗的患者为观察组,比较观察两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后的溃疡缓解指标变化。结果显示,经过治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的溃疡面积以及嗳气次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗后,两组患者的溃疡面积以及嗳气次数均得到显著改善,观察组的改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。对消化性溃疡患者给予益胃养阴汤,治疗效果突出,恢复指标较好,有利于患者的预后。
The paper explored the effect of Yiweiyangyin Soup treatment on peptic ulcer.60 patients with peptic ulcer in the hospital from Feb.2018 to Feb.2020 were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to random sampling method.30 patients received western medicine were regarded as the control group,and 30 patients received Yiweiyangyin Soup were regarded as the observation group.The curative effect and ulceration relieve index before and after treatment of two groups were observed.After treatment,the treatment effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ulcer area and belching times of two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the peptic area and belching times of two groups improved significantly and the curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of Yiweiyangyin Soup treatment on peptic ulcer was good,the recovery index was good,and it was beneficial for the prognosis of patients.
