摘要
目的:《抗肿瘤生物类似药治疗药物监测药学专家共识(2020版)》由中国药理学会与中日友好医院共同发起,是我国首部对抗肿瘤生物类似药治疗药物监测工作进行指导的专家共识。本文在制定过程中对外审专家意见调研力求客观、全面,探索专业性、规范性融合的共识制定方法。方法:对专家共识中的推荐意见进行独立外审,以在线问卷形式定向征集相关领域专家意见,收集推荐程度等级结果。结果:共收集到72份有效问卷,其中全部推荐意见的强推荐占比均>50%。结论:参与调研专家对本共识的认同度较高,问卷调研的方法可作为共识制定外审过程中意见征集的方法。
OBJECTIVE:“Pharmacy Expert Consensus on the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Antitumor Biosimilars(2020 Edition)”is jointly issued by Chinese Pharmacological Society and China-Japan Friendship Hospital,which is the first expert consensus in China to guide the therapeutic drug monitoring of antitumor biosimilars.During the consensus formulation process,this paper strives to be objective and comprehensive in investigating the opinions of experts in external evaluation,and explores the development method of professional and normative consensus.METHODS:Independent external investigation was carried out on the recommendation opinions in the expert consensus,and experts’recommendations in relevant fields were collected in the form of online questionnaire,and the results of recommendation degree were collected.RESULTS:A total of 72 valid questionnaires were collected,of which the proportion of strong recommendation was more than 50%.CONCLUSIONS:The experts involved in the survey have a high degree of recognition for this consensus,and questionnaire survey can be used as a method of opinion collection in the process of consensus formulation and external evaluation.
