摘要 为了满足光电信息综合实验课程教学的需要,研制了数控LED恒流驱动实验教学系统,由上位机、数控LED恒流驱动电路板、光谱仪及电源组成。数控LED恒流驱动电路板使用微控制器作为控制核心,利用其片内集成的I/O端口和MOS管构成控制LED电流通断的开关,实现不同颜色LED光源的亮灭控制;利用微控制器芯片内置的DAC模块和运算放大器配合实现了LED工作电流的精确控制,实现对不同颜色LED发光强度的精确控制。不同颜色LED光源的开关状态及LED工作电流都可由上位机通过RS-232串口给微控制器发送指令来实现。实验中还可以利用光谱仪测量出不同颜色LED的发光光谱。该系统可以帮助学生了解并掌握利用微控制器产生数控恒流源的方法,并实现对不同颜色LED亮度的精确控制。 According to the teachi ng requirement of photoelectric information comprehensive experiment courses,a digital controlled LED con stant current driving experiment teachi ng system is developed,which is composed of the upper computer,digital controlled LED constant current driving circuit board,spectrometer and power.The digital controlled LED constant current driving circuit board adopts a microcontroller as the control core,which has realized the control of LED light source with different colors via switches which are composed of the I/O ports of microcontroller and MOS transistors,and achieved the precise control of working current of LED via the cooperation of DAC module in microcontroller and operation amplifier,and thus precisely controls the intensity of LED.The upper computer sends instructions to the microcontroller via RS-232 to realize the control of LED source with different colors and the working current of LED.The spectrometer can measure the emission spectrum of LED with different colors.This experiment teaching system can help students understand the method of generating digital controlled constant-current source via the microcontroller and realize the precise control of the luminance of LED with different colors.
