摘要 结合注塑模具镶件设计的经验,针对当前镶件设计存在的问题,根据企业的实际需求,提出了一种注塑模具镶件自动生成方法,并基于NX平台,开发了模具镶件智能设计系统,该系统可实现模具中不同类型镶件的设计。经企业实践表明,该系统实用性强,能够显著提高模具镶件的设计效率,具有实际应用价值。 Combined with the knowledge and experience of injection mold insert design,aiming at the problems existing in the current insert design,according to the actual needs of enterprises,an automatic generation method of injection mold insert is proposed,and based on NX platform,a rapid design system of injection mold insert is developed,which can realize the design of different types of inserts in the mold.The enterprise practice showes that the system has strong practicability,can significantly improve the design efficiency of die inserts,and has practical application value.
