摘要
采用氧化铕、2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)和4-戊烯酸(PA)为主要原料合成了带有活性官能团的铕配合物,将合成的铕配合物采用键合的方法引入到聚氨酯体系中,制备出一系列铕配合物含量不同的聚氨酯/铕复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、综合热分析仪、稳态/瞬态荧光光谱仪对铕配合物和聚氨酯/铕复合材料的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚氨酯/铕复合材料的荧光强度和荧光寿命随着铕配合物含量的增加而增加,而且比铕配合物的荧光寿命明显增加。当铕配合物的含量为1.0%时,所得复合材料的荧光寿命比铕配合物的荧光寿命提高了75.1%。
The europium complex with reactive functional groups was synthesized with europium oxide,2-thenoyl trifluoroacetone(TTA)and 4-pentenoic acid(PA).Then the synthesized europium complex was bonded into the polyurethane system to obtain a series of polyurethane/europium composites with different content of the europium complex.The structure and properties of the europium complex and polyurethane/europium composites were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),thermogravimetric analyzer and fluorescence spectrometer.It is found that the fluorescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime of the polyurethane/europium composite increases with the increase of europium complex content,and compared with the europium complex,the fluorescence lifetime is significantly enhanced.When the content of the europium complex is 1.0%,the fluorescence lifetime of the obtained composite material is 75.1%longer than that of the europium complex.
