摘要
针对配电网合环调电过程中,合环电流可能导致继电保护动作而造成合环失败的情况,对合环电流和保护定值的配合关系进行分析,得出合环电流导致保护动作的判断条件,通过梳理合环操作过程中减小合环电流的措施,形成一套降低对继电保护影响的自动合环操作流程。
In the process of ring switching,the loop current may lead to relay protection action and cause the ring switching failure.It is necessary to analyze the matching relationship between the loop current and the protective setting value.After judging the condition of the protection action caused by the closing current.By combing the measures to reduce the loop current during the ring switching and form a set of automatic closing operation process to reduce the impact on relay protection.
