摘要
电子商务在服务乡村振兴与精准扶贫中的作用已经越来越突出,但由于缺乏产品加工与流通等产业基础,产业薄弱地区电子商务发展缓慢。职业院校的电子商务专业人才培养缺少产业支撑,存在定位不准、质量不高、就业对口率低等突出问题。立足区域农业产业化转型需求,服务农村电子商务发展,推进职业教育的供给侧改革,建构符合产业发展特性的电子商务人才培养模式,对提高产业薄弱地区职业教育人才培养质量具有重要意义。
The e-commerce has played a more and more prominent role in rural revitalization strategy and targeted poverty alleviation.But due to the lack of industrial basis such as product processing and circulation,the development of e-commerce in areas with weak industries is quite slow.The education of e-commerce professionals in vocational colleges lacking of support from industry has some serious problems,such as inaccurate positioning,low quality and low employment matching rate.Based on the transformation demand of regional agricultural industrialization and the development of rural e-commerce,promoting the supply side reform of vocational education,and constructing the e-commerce talent training mode in line with the characteristics of industrial development are of great significance to improve the quality of vocational education talent training in areas with weak industry.
