摘要
目的 探讨医联体文化建设对社区医院医务人员工作满意度的影响,为社区医院改革发展提供参考.方法 以医务人员工作满意度测评量表为研究工具,选取区域医联体内3家社区医院86名医务人员为调查对象,在医联体文化建设前后进行医务人员工作满意度调查.结果 医联体文化建设后,医务人员工作满意度测评量表总体得分(81.30±4.58),较建设前的(58.75±3.82)有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度测评得分与建设前比较在工作本身、工作压力、工作条件、工作回报及组织管理维度有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医联体文化建设后,医务人员在人际关系维度的满意度测评得分无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 医联体文化建设切实提高了社区医院医务人员的工作满意度.
Objective To explore the influence of cultural construction of medical consortium on the job satisfaction of medical staff in community hospitals,so as to provide reference for the reform and development of community hospitals.Methods 86 medical workers from 3 community hospitals in the regional medical consortium were selected as the survey subjects,whose job satisfaction was investigated before and after the cultural construction of the medical consortium.Results After the cultural construction of the medical consortium,the overall scores of the medical staff job satisfaction scale(81.30±4.58)were significantly higher than those before the construction(58.75±3.82),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the scores before the construction,the satisfaction evaluation scores were significantly improved in the dimensions of work itself,work pressure,working conditions,work return and organizational management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the cultural construction of the medical consortium,there was no significant change in the satisfaction evaluation scores of medical staff in interpersonal dimension,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The cultural construction of the medical consortium has effectively improved the job satisfaction of medical staff in community hospitals.
