摘要
文物微环境调湿剂的重复利用,不但能充分发挥其湿度调控作用,还能降低成本投入,是环境湿度调控中既经济实用又安全便携的方法之一。本文通过对比分析调湿剂在不同回烘时间、不同回烘方式下的吸放湿效果,并测定其回烘后的单位吸湿能力、单位放湿能力、单位目标湿容量等相关调湿性能,探索出一种有效的回烘方法。实验结果表明,回烘时间、回烘方式和包装材料对调湿剂的吸放湿效果均有一定影响,采用烘干至恒重后再恒湿的方式,吸湿效果更好,采用直接恒湿的方式,放湿效果更好,且等温吸放湿曲线表明,该调湿剂的吸湿量明显大于放湿量。研究结果对不同文物保存环境的调控需求具有一定的实践指导意义。
The humidity controlling agent reused in a micro-environment is an economic and convenient way to adjust humidity for conservation and also reduce costs.This paper analysed the effectiveness of a humidity controlling agent in a comparative way over different time periods and using different ways of reheating.The absorbing ability,moisture release,humidity capacity of each agent was also assessed after reheating in order to find an effective way for the process of reheating.The experimental results showed that the absorption and release of moisture of the agent was affected by the time and methods of reheating,as well as by the type of packing materials used.A better moisture absorption is achieved when the agent was reheated to a constant weight and then to a constant humidity.However,if the agent was directly to a constant humidity,it showed to get the better moisture releasing.Further,the Isothermal Humidity Absorption and Desorption Curve demonstrated the obvious bigger hygroscopic capacity than moisture dispersing.This research provides a practical instruction for adjusting and controlling the conservation environment for different cultural relics.
