摘要 基于最小生成树的求解方法,提出了一种简单、直观、通用性强的装配序列规划新方法。根据图论的基本知识,建立零件连接图,从产品可装配性的角度分析了影响两零件间装配关系密切程度的因素,引入了装配关系密切值λ,对零件间装配关系的密切程度进行了量化评判,再通过运筹学中求解最小生成树问题的破圈法,对零件连接图中的圈进行破除,即消除每个圈中装配关系密切值最小的边,得到最大密切程度的装配体生成树,之后对装配体生成树进行干涉分析,剔除了大量的冗杂序列,从而得到既可行又最优的装配序列。最后通过实例验证了此方法的有效性。 Based on the method of the minimum spanning tree,a new assembly sequence planning method which is simple,intuitionistic and universal is proposed.According to the basic knowledge of graph theory,the component connection diagram is established.From the perspective of assemblability,the factors affecting the assembly relationship between two components are analyzed.By introducing the closeness valueλof the assembly relationship,we quantitatively judge the closeness of the assembly relationship between components.Through the broken circle method for solving the minimum spanning tree problem in operational research,in which we eliminate the edge with the smallest assembly value in each circle and get the assembly tree with maximum closeness,the circle in the component connection diagram is eliminated.After that,interference analysis is performed on the assembly spanning tree to eliminate a large number of redundant sequences,thereby obtaining a feasible and optimal assembly sequence.Finally,the validity of this method is verified by examples.
