摘要
针对振动信号长期连续监测存在的数据存储量过大,造成资源浪费的问题,对机械振动信号的压缩方法进行了实验研究,其中振动位移信号来自于现场使用的离心压缩机机组。将三种典型的最优稀疏表达方法:基于框架的方法(MOF),匹配追踪(MP)和基追踪(BP)作为压缩算法对振动信号进行分析。同时,将压缩比(CR),均方差(MSE),能量保留百分比(ER)和频谱相似度(COR)作为衡量指标来比较以上压缩算法压缩性能。结果表明匹配追踪(MP)稀疏表达优于其它两种方法,能够用来压缩振动信号,而不会丢失过多信息。
In view of long-term continuous monitoring of vibration signals,data storage is too large,resulting in waste of resources.In this paper,the compression method of mechanical vibration signal is studied.The vibration displacement signal is collected from the centrifugal compressor used in engineering.Three typical optimal sparse representation methods:frame based method(MOF),matching tracking(MP)and base tracking(BP)as compression algorithm for vibration signal analysis.At the same time,the compression ratio(CR),mean square variance(MSE),the percentage of retained energy(ER)and spectrum correlation are used as indicators to measure and compare the compression performance of the above compression algorithms.Results show that the sparse expression of matching pursuit(MP)is superior than the other two methods,which can be used to compress the vibration signal without losing much information.
