摘要
西藏是"江河源地"、"亚洲水塔",是我国、东亚及东南亚众多河流的源头。农牧业是西藏经济的基础。西藏地区农业呈珠串状沿河流两岸分布,这对西藏水环境质量构成了巨大的威胁。农业面源对水环境污染的相关研究也越来越受到政府部门和科技人员的高度重视。为了更好地了解农业对西藏水环境的污染状况,通过查阅文献、实地调研等方法,从化肥、农药、残余物、农膜和污水灌溉等方面分析了西藏农业对水环境产生的影响。同时结合西藏农业现有分布特征、规模等实际情况,借鉴国内外成功经验,为西藏农业管理、污染控制提供参考建议,从而从源头上控制农业对水环境的污染,改善西藏水环境质量,提高水环境服务功能,实现可持续发展的水资源保护战略,以更好地保护西藏生态安全。
Tibet is"the source of rivers"and"Asian water tower",and is the source of many rivers in China,East Asia,and Southeast Asia.Agriculture and animal husbandry is the foundation of Tibet’s economy.Agriculture in Tibet is distributed along the banks of the river in the form of beads,which poses a huge threat to the quality of Tibet’s water environment.Research on agricultural non-point source pollution to the water environment has also received increasing attention from government departments and scientific and technological personnel.In order to better understand the pollution of Tibet’s water environment by agriculture,this paper analyzed the impact of Tibet’s agriculture on the water environment from the aspects of fertilizers,pesticides,residues,agricultural membranes,and sewage irrigation by consulting the literature and field surveys.At the same time,combining the actual distribution characteristics and scale of Tibetan agriculture,and drawing on the successful experience at home and abroad,it can provide reference suggestions for Tibet’s agricultural management and pollution control,so as to control the agricultural pollution to the water environment from the source,improve the quality of Tibet’s water environment,and improve water environmental service functions and sustainable water resources protection strategies to better protect Tibet’s ecological security.
