摘要
针对齐鲁氯碱厂13条国产化PVC包装线在使用过程中出现的问题进行分析,并给出相应的改造措施。经多次技改技措,提高了包装线的运行状态和工作效率,节约了维修费,并改善了作业环境。
The causes for the problems appearing in the use of 13 domestic PVC packaging lines in Qilu Chlor Alkali Plant were analyzed,and the corresponding transformation measures were given.After several technical transformation measures were executed,running state and working efficiency of the packaging lines were improved,the maintenance cost was saved and the working environment was improved.
